AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Terms and Conditions
We offer an optional subscription program that makes it easy to receive Arohaas products automatically, in the frequency, quantity, and variety you choose (each a “Subscription”). You can review or manage your Subscription anytime by logging into your customer portal under “Subscriptions,” or by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and email address.
By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that PAYMENTS ARE CHARGED ON THE DAY YOU SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION, OR SUCH OTHER DATE AS ELECTED BY YOU AFTER YOUR FIRST SUBSCRIPTION, AND THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ON A MONTHLY BASIS OR ON ANOTHER INTERVAL ELECTED BY YOU AFTER YOUR FIRST SUBSCRIPTION. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE INDEFINITELY UNTIL CANCELLED BY YOU OR TERMINATED BY US IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
Each Subscription has an initial and recurring fee (the “Subscription Fee”), which shall be determined by the quote accepted by and provided to you when you purchase a Subscription. By purchasing a Subscription, you accept responsibility for, and agree to pay, all Subscription Fees, plus any applicable shipping or tax, prior to cancellation of your Subscription. You affirmatively and expressly authorize us to charge your payment provider when your Subscription begins, and again at the beginning of any subsequent renewal term. If your payment details change, your card provider may provide us with the updated payment details. We reserve the right to use these updated details for future charges in order to help prevent any interruption to the delivery of the Service.
If your payment fails, your Subscription may be suspended or cancelled. We may continue to attempt charges until payment is successful; if it goes through, your Subscription will reactivate, and your new renewal period will begin from that date.
Prices for repeat deliveries may vary if coupon codes, promotions, or updated product pricing apply. If the regular renewal price increases or any terms of your Subscription change, we’ll notify you in writing at least 7–30 days before your next renewal. For subscriptions longer than monthly (like bi-monthly or quarterly), we’ll also send reminders 30–45 days before renewal.
YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE IT RENEWS TO AVOID INCURRING A SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE NEXT RENEWAL TERM.You can cancel anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “Subscriptions” page, or by emailing [email protected]. If you cancel before your next renewal, we’ll immediately stop your Subscription and won’t charge you further. You can also update your delivery date or skip an upcoming shipment without penalty — you won’t be charged for skipped deliveries.
IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, please log in to the customer portal, go to the “Subscriptions” page here, and select the Subscription you would like to cancel. You may also contact us at [email protected]. If you choose to cancel your Subscription prior to the next renewal period, we will immediately terminate your Subscription and will not charge your payment provider for the subsequent renewal period. You may also update the date for your next delivery or skip an upcoming delivery – you will not be charged for skipped deliveries.
We reserve the right to suspend or end your Subscription at any time, at our discretion. If we do, you won’t be responsible for any further payments.
